I won't be in for my delivery

Not to worry - you can contact the courier directly to re-arrange another delivery time! You will need to provide them with the following information:

  • For DPD (UK excl. N. Ireland): Please provide your tracking number
  • For DHL (Europe): Please provide the Waybill number
  • For Primeline (all of Ireland): The driver will leave a card with instructions

If you have any issues with the above, please let the Customer Relations team know. You can email them directly (with your order reference number and your Partner ID included in the message) and they will endeavour to assist as soon as possible.
