Can I amend or cancel my order?
You can update, add to, amend or cancel an order as you create it and also if you have put it on hold temporarily.
However you are not able to amend or cancel an order once it has been processed. Equally our own customer services team can not intercept or cancel an order once it has been processed as it will have already been dispatched to the warehouse for fulfilment.
You will be reminded of this as you start to process an order - look out for the onscreen prompts.
