I only received part of my order

It is possible that your delivery has been split into a couple of shipments. Please check the paperwork of the order that has arrived as it will state if this is "box one of two..." etc.

If this is not the case, the best thing to do is let our Customer Relations team know. You may be asked to submit a re-order request, but the team will advise accordingly.

Please email them directly (with your order reference number and your Partner ID included in the message) and they will endeavour to assist as soon as possible.
