The best thing to do is use the re-order system to request a replacement. You can access this from your dashboard. Select the relevant order, select the re-order button and follow the onscreen prompts.
There is also a handy guide on how to request a replacement in our Tools & Downloads Library. You can access that when logged into usborne.com - click on Tools & Downloads and search 'reorder'.
