How do I change my address & personal information?

To update or amend your personal account details, you will need to access the 'My Account' menu here in Online Services. Here you can update your primary address, telephone numbers, email address, marketing preferences and your account password.

Please note: it is not possible to amend your contact information when logged into usborne.com as this will not be reflected in your 'saved' account details.
