What happens if my Mentor leaves Usborne?

If your Mentor or recruiter chooses to step away from Usborne - don't worry, you will still receive lots of support. You and your fellow team mates will "roll up" to your Mentor's own recruiter who will now work more closely with you. 

As your new "direct" leader, they will continue to provide all the help and guidance you need. Reach out to them if you have any concerns.
