Why can't I use "Usborne" in my business name?

The name ‘Usborne’ is a legally registered trademark of Usborne Publishing Ltd. and cannot be used as any part of an Partner's business name, printed marketing, website address, email address or a profile name or title on any website, social networking site, chat room or forum. 

We recommend you develop your own brand, especially to ensure you stand out on social media. It could be as simple as "<your name>'s book shop" - you are able to subtitle this with "Independent Usborne Partner".
