Permission for advertising & marketing

In line with our copyright and trademark policy (please see the Partner Guide**) permission requests for advertising and marketing should be emailed to the marketing team before any copy has been passed on to the external party. Requests should be made well in advance of the copy deadline and no later than one week before the final copy deadline. Head Office will not be able to consider requests that are submitted after this time.

  • A copy of the proposed advertising/marketing material should be attached to each request.
  • Each permission request will be treated on its own merits. Usborne reserves the right to grant or refuse a permission request, without giving reason and if due notice is not received.
  • It is in your interests to contact us with requests far in advance of copy deadline.

Please note: Permission to use Usborne Intellectual Property is granted on a project-by-project basis. If you wish to use Usborne Intellectual Property again for further advertising/ marketing, you must submit a permission request for each instance.
