I have a question about a Partner's behaviour
Usborne expects a high level of professionalism from its Independent Usborne Partners at all times.
The Partner Guide** outlines these expectations, which are there to protect both Partners and their customers and ensure that everybody within the Usborne family is treated equally and with dignity & respect. We expect all Partners to familiarise themselves with this guidance as well as our policy statement on equal opportunities, diversity & inclusion.
If, at any point, you are unsure of how to respond or deal with a difficult situation you are faced with relating to another Partner or your Usborne business, we ask that you make contact with your Mentor or upline Leader, in the first instance, to seek advice and guidance.
In exceptional circumstances, you are also invited to contact the Head Office team for further counsel.
