I want to return my Starter Kit
Ah, we're sorry to hear that.
We will need an official request to resign (by email). On receipt of your request, we will make a note to close your account as soon as possible at the start of the next month. This ensures that you will be paid any outstanding override commissions from the current month. Your details will then be removed from our records.
If you give written notice of resignation within 14 days of joining Usborne your payment will be refunded provided the Starter Kit is returned promptly and in complete and resalable condition (we will arrange free collection via our courier partners - if you choose to return the kit at your own expense, we will be unable to refund those costs). We should be able to close your account within a few days of your request.
If you give notice after 14 days of joining, but within your first twelve weeks with Usborne we can arrange collection of your kit and will refund your joining costs minus a £10 administration charge (as per the terms and conditions of your Partner Agreement) or you can keep the starter kit with no further obligation to us.
Just to advise, a Partner who has resigned or been withdrawn may not re-join until at least three months after withdrawal, and neither can any individual from the same household/ address, nor any immediate family member.
