How do I get paid?

Sales commission

When taking orders from your customers, they pay you the full value of the items they have ordered. When you enter the order online, you pay us the net value after deducting your commission, leaving you with the balance. 

E.g. if you order a £10 book on a party order, you only pay £7.60 (before expenses and carriage etc), keeping the balance as your commission.

Override commissions and bonuses

Depending on your sales volume or if you are eligible to earn additional bonuses on the sales of your Team members, you may be entitled to additional earnings that we call 'Override commission'. 

We calculate the override commissions due to all Partners on their Personal Team Sales (as well as commission due from online event orders) at the end of every month and we pay it into your bank account (provided you have given us the details). We also send you a commission statement by email, explaining the amount due to you. If those commissions exceed £48, they will be paid directly into your bank account. The payment usually reaches your bank account by the 15th of the following month at the latest. 

If the total amount earned is less than £48, this will be added to your Partner account as a credit to claim against a future order.
